Terms of Service
1. What WhoElseIsMe is
WhoElseIsMe runs a free digital footprint scan describing how visible a person is to AI assistants and on the public web, verified by you finding-by-finding while it runs. It reflects what was publicly findable at the moment of the scan — nothing more. Claiming a throne, rechecking, and Deep Scan are one-time paid upgrades described below.
2. Consent is a condition of use
You may only scan yourself or a person who has explicitly given you permission. Scanning someone without their consent is a breach of these terms, and we may refuse service, delete footprints and block repeat offenders.
3. Accuracy
AI models guess, and the public web is messy — that's why every finding is shown to you individually to confirm or reject before it becomes part of your footprint. Anything you never review is automatically excluded after 30 minutes, never silently included. Even so, footprints may contain results about a different person sharing the name that you mistakenly confirmed, or claims an AI invented (we flag the rate at which that happened, with receipts). Everything is for personal insight and entertainment — do not use it for employment, credit, insurance, tenancy or any decision regulated by law.
4. Payment and refunds
The first digital footprint scan for a given person and place is free — one per account per subject per place. Claim Your Throne is a one-time purchase (US$4.99, payable through Stripe) that runs a deeper verification pass and publishes your rank on the relevant map and leaderboards. Recheck (US$2.99) re-runs verification on an existing throne when someone passes you. Deep Scan (US$14.99) adds date-of-birth/alias/employer-scoped search and a breach-exposure check, and is 18+ only. If a scan fails or is stopped by our safety rules, you are refunded automatically and in full. If you believe a result was materially wrong, contact support@coderra.com.au within 14 days and we'll make it right.
5. Your footprint, your call
Footprint pages live on private, unlisted links until you choose to make one public or claim a throne (which publishes only your name, tier, score, place and profession — never the detailed findings). Every footprint has a delete button. See the Privacy page for exactly what deleting a claimed throne does and does not remove.
6. Fair use
No scraping, reselling, automating scans, or using WhoElseIsMe to build databases about people. We rate-limit to keep things fair.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the version on this page is the one in force.
